Khushiyon Ki Paatshala is a joyful after-school learning initiative aimed at nurturing curiosity, confidence, and foundational skills among children from underserved communities. We believe in making education engaging, interactive, and meaningful through activity-based learning.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct interactive math sessions aligned with the program’s learning goals.
- Adapt teaching strategies to suit the diverse learning levels of students.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and identify learning gaps.
- Provide individual or group support for students needing extra help.
- Share regular feedback with the reporting head and participate in training sessions.
- Assess teacher’s training needs, devise a plan, conduct training and assess the learning outcomes periodically.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Prior experience teaching math to children (preferably in a low-resource or community-based setting).
- Strong understanding of child-centric and activity-based pedagogy.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
- Basic knowledge of using teaching aids.
- Familiarity with National Education Policy (NEP) goals and foundational literacy programs.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Creativity in lesson planning.
- Ability to connect with children and build trust.
- Willingness to work in community spaces.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
