J&JP Clothing Company is Looking for _**Junior Merchandiser**_

**Roles and Responsibilites**
- Experience in the **TIRUPUR GARMENT INDUSTRY **Is Mandatory
- Collaborate with buyers to help create product assortments that align with the company's goals and customer preferences
- Monitors and manages inventory levels, making recommendations for restocking or discontinuation.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely product deliveries.
- Understanding the buyer's requirements and specifications for each order.
- **Production Planning**: Assisting in planning the production process, setting timelines, and ensuring that all materials are available when needed to meet production deadlines.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring that the production team adheres to quality standards at every stage, from cutting, stitching to finishing.
- **Follow-up**: Regularly following up with various departments to ensure that the production is on track and adhering to the buyer’s timeline.
- **Problem Solving**: Identifying production issues and bottlenecks, and collaborating with the team to find timely solutions.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure that goods are shipped as per the committed delivery dates.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns and trends, and use this information to make informed decisions about inventory management and product selection.

**Communication in English is mandatory**
