Production Chemist

The tasks a Production Chemist is expected to perform include:

- Supervising the production process
- Providing production schedules and necessary guidelines to Production Operators
- Preparing directions for Junior Chemists/Production Operators for each step in the production process
- Reviewing documentation and ensuring all in-process checks are carried out as per the standard operating process
- Maintaining good manufacturing practices and conditions suitable for production of quality goods
- Communicating any equipment breakdown to the maintenance team
- Training Junior Chemists/Production Operators
- Checking, maintaining, sourcing, and planning sufficient and quality stock of materials and chemicals
- Developing standard operating procedures to improve efficiency
- Facilitating audits as a production team member
- Maintaining a healthy, safe and secure working environment
- Co-ordinating with the Shift Supervisor, cross-functional teams, and within the team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
