**Job Description**:
Tescom Private Limited, a leading PCB manufacturing company, is seeking dedicated and skilled Robotic Soldering and Routing Machine Operators & ICT
Machine Operators to join our growing team. As an operator, you will be responsible for operating robotic soldering and routing machines and setting up and programming ICT machines for testing PCBs. You will be required to follow safety and quality control procedures, monitor production output, and perform basic maintenance on machinery as required.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in operating robotic soldering and routing machines, or ICT machines preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Electronics or related field preferred, but not required
- Freshers with relevant diploma or degree can also apply

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive monthly salary of 10k to 14k based on experience and qualification.
