**Responsibilities of a Social Worker at Choice Route (Women Empowerment & Free Classes)1. Women Empowerment Programs**
- Organize and conduct free educational sessions for women.
- Encourage women to develop skills for self-sufficiency.
- Guide women on financial independence through vocational training.
- Raise awareness about women's rights and social issues.

**2. Community Outreach**
- Identify and connect with women who need educational support.
- Build relationships with local communities to spread awareness about free classes.
- Organize events, workshops, and awareness camps in villages.

**3. Counseling & Guidance**
- Provide emotional and psychological support to women facing social or domestic issues.
- Guide women on legal assistance options available through the trust.
- Offer career counseling and motivational sessions.

**4. Class Management & Training**
- Coordinate and manage the schedule of free classes.
- Ensure the smooth running of training programs.
- Collaborate with trainers, teachers, and volunteers.

**5. Social Media & Promotion**
- Promote women empowerment programs through social media.
- Share success stories to inspire more participation.
- Assist in creating videos and awareness content.

**6. Administrative & Documentation Work**
- Maintain records of women attending classes and their progress.
- Prepare reports on the impact of empowerment programs.

**7. Collaboration & Networking**
- Partner with NGOs, legal advisors, and other organizations supporting women.
- Build a network for job placements or business opportunities for trained women.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
