- Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Digital Fashion Advisor at Mulmul. The Digital Fashion Advisor will be responsible for product knowledge, fashion consulting, communication, customer service, and sales in the fashion industry.
- Offer expert fashion advice on styling, fit, colors, and current trends.
- Drive sales conversions by recommending products aligned with client needs and brand promotions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat engagement and loyalty.
- Track client preferences, feedback, and purchase history for follow-ups.
- Achieve individual styling KPIs including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and client retention.
- Stay updated on latest collections, brand drops, and fashion trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
