**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI
- Connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence
- Optimize DAX queries for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting outputs
- Maintain and support existing Power BI reports and dashboards
- Implement row-level security and data governance standards
- Integrate Power BI reports into other platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, custom apps)

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in Power BI report and dashboard development
- Strong understanding of **DAX**, Power Query (M language), and data modeling
- Proficient in writing complex **SQL** queries
- Hands-on experience in data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools like Excel, Power Apps, or Azure services (preferred)
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and non-technical users

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI certification)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or SSIS

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
