Facilitate strong working relationship with Buyers. Manage requests for samples and ensuring all orders are processed as per quality and time-line expectations of the Buyer; ensure all communication and timely feedback to the buyers.
- It involves the entire gamut from coordination for designing & sampling, booking a purchase, production follow-up and coordinating deliveries ;
- Regular interaction with Buyers and Suppliers to ensure deliveries are made on schedule ;
- Highlighting production and supply delays and escalate to seek a solution;
- Ensure periodic MIS Reports are prepared and submitted ;
Ensure that all supply chain related documentation adhere to internal standards and requirements
