Pharmacist

**Job Summary**:
As a Pharmacist at Rebirth Medical Store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective distribution of pharmaceutical drugs and medical supplies to our customers. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing accurate medication information to customers, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispensing Medications**: Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring the correct medication, dosage, and instructions are provided to customers.
- **Patient Counseling**: Offer advice and consultation to customers on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and interactions with other drugs or substances.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor medication stock levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage conditions to maintain medication efficacy and safety.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Requirements**: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the dispensing and sale of pharmaceuticals.
- **Quality Assurance**: Perform regular quality checks on medications, including verifying expiration dates and inspecting for damage or tampering.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and address any medication-related concerns or inquiries.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly and professional service to all customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of prescriptions filled, medications dispensed, and any relevant patient information in compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacist license issued by the state regulatory authority.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including drug interactions, side effects, and contraindications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and computer proficiency.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working as a Pharmacist in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and guidelines.
