**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to promote real estate properties and generate leads.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow up with potential clients, and schedule property viewings or appointments for our sales team.
- Provide information about available properties, pricing, amenities, and other relevant details to interested parties.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and competitor offerings.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and listings for online platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines while operating drones and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Provide support for other marketing and promotional activities as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
