Job Title: Work From Home Customer Service Representative (Chat Process)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our customer service team as Work From Home Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support through chat interactions. **Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via chat interactions.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, orders, shipping, and other customer-related inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Utilize company resources and tools to provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Strive to meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Interview Process:

3. Ops Interview: In-depth conversation to assess your suitability for the position and evaluate your problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
