**Position**: Plumbing Draftsman

**Location**: Bengaluru (Devanahalli)

**Employment Type**: Full-time, On-site

**Salary Range**: Starting from 15,000 per month

**Role Overview**:
As a Plumbing Draftsman, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing efficient plumbing systems for various projects. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and the successful execution of plumbing-related projects on-site. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise innovative solutions that meet project specifications and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Innovate and create plumbing system layouts, including water supply, drainage, and safety systems tailored to residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- **Schematic Creation**: Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to generate detailed plumbing schematics, specifications, and material schedules that meet project requirements1.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing designs into overall project plans.
- **Feasibility Studies**: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed plumbing designs to ensure project viability.
- **Component Selection**: Specify and select appropriate materials and equipment for plumbing systems to optimize performance and efficiency in designs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain thorough technical documentation throughout the design process to ensure clarity, compliance, and ease of reference.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations in plumbing engineering.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on advancements in plumbing design technology and incorporate innovative techniques into your projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Preferably, ITI/ AutoCAD certificate. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
