Your expertise will be vital in ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and the successful execution of plumbing-related projects on-site. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise innovative solutions that meet project specifications and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Design Development**: Innovate and create plumbing system layouts, including water supply, drainage, and safety systems tailored to residential, commercial, and industrial projects. - **Schematic Creation**: Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to generate detailed plumbing schematics, specifications, and material schedules that meet project requirements1. - **Cross-functional collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing designs into overall project plans. - **Feasibility Studies**: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed plumbing designs to ensure project viability. - **Component Selection**: Specify and select appropriate materials and equipment for plumbing systems to optimize performance and efficiency in designs. - **Documentation**: Maintain thorough technical documentation throughout the design process to ensure clarity, compliance, and ease of reference. - **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations in plumbing engineering. - **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on advancements in plumbing design technology and incorporate innovative techniques into your projects. **Qualifications**: - **Education**: Preferably, ITI/ AutoCAD certificate.
