**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **comprehensive physiotherapy assessments** in patients' homes.
- Develop and implement **personalized treatment plans** for patients with various needs, including:

- Orthopedic (post-operative rehab, fractures, arthritis)
- Neurological (stroke, Parkinson’s disease, MS)
- Geriatric (fall prevention, balance training, age-related conditions)
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and other modalities as appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility aids, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other health professionals.
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid license/registration** to practice as a Physiotherapist.
- **Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience** preferred
- Experience in **home care settings** is an advantage.

- Ability to **work independently** and manage a flexible schedule.
- Empathy, patience, and a **client-centered approach** to care.
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and rehabilitation exercises.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
