**The Job**

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Customer ServiceRepresentatives to expand our existing Customer Service and Support team. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will act as a support function to our customer facing team by resolving any emerging problems that our customer service team might face whilst resolving customer queries.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in providing customer service to the UK customers
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure, be self-driven, proactive, and solution-focused
- Ability to process customers orders and accurately updating internal databases.
- Expertise in handling and processing of payment disputes, refunds and chargebacks.
- Dealing with claims and reimbursements with couriers and e-commerce marketplaces.
- To liaise with internal teams and provide help and support in different areas of operations.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
