**Functional Area**: Design /Drafting/ Project Coordination
- Design and prepare space planning - architecture, interior, and landscape for projects across various segments
- Co-ordinate with the structural & MEP to incorporate the details
- Schedule project timelines and deliverables of the list of drawings
- Prepare designs, reports, conceptual drawings, schemes, and approval drawings, good for construction and as-built drawings

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing presentation drawings/Documents
- Produce out-of-the-box innovative concept designs, research, design development, and construction documents as required.
- Explore alternate design approaches as required.
- Writing and presenting reports.
- Work to achieve project goals and milestones within the deadlines.
- Implementing tasks and project expectations.
- Communicating with Team Members and Consultants.
- General understanding of codes, building systems, and construction methods.
- To ensure the targets and deliverables to clients are met.
- Good understanding of building materials
- Experiencing in institutional, residential, and commercial sectors.
