**Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing visitors, mail, and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide basic information to visitors and clients.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

**Tele Caller Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers following provided scripts and guidelines.
- Introduce our products/services to prospects and explain their benefits.
- Collect and update customer information accurately in the database.
- Answer inquiries from customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
- Schedule appointments or consultations for interested clients.
- Maintain a record of calls, appointments, and outcomes for reporting purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
