Mobile Service Technician

Minimum 1 yr Experinece in Mobile / Appliances servicing

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Plan & ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service
- Troubleshooting the customer devices and ensure on time delivery of the service product to the customer asper the TAT
- Repair the defective devices and identify the issues
- Ensure to detailed the customer the issues of the product
- ICSM Updating
- Defective spare handling
- Repair tools and device management
- Ensure the SLA to maintain
- Technical trainings
- Focus on customer satisfaction
- Technical assistance for customers
- Plan & ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service

**Qualifications**
- ITI/ Graduate/ Diploma/B Tech

**Additional Skills**
- Good communication, Leadership skills and good interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

- Karunagappalli, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Mobile repair: 1 year (preferred)
