**Answering phones and directing calls**: This includes taking messages, fielding general inquiries, and connecting callers with the appropriate person.
- **Scheduling appointments and managing calendars**: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- **Maintaining files and records**: Organizing both physical and electronic documents.
- **Ordering and maintaining office supplies**: Ensuring the office has necessary supplies and managing inventory.
- **Greeting visitors**: Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- **Assisting with data entry and document preparation**: Creating and updating documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- **Basic bookkeeping**: May include tracking expenses, managing petty cash, and assisting with other basic financial tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
