**Position Title**: MEP Trainer

**Experience**: 1-2 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, including design, drafting, and implementation using industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, etc.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and facilitate practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensure training content is aligned with industry standards and current trends.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop training modules, course materials, and assessments for MEP concepts and software.
- Update training content regularly to keep pace with evolving technologies and practices.
- **Student Support**:

- Address students’ queries and challenges, providing personalized guidance.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and assessments.
- **Industry Engagement**:

- Stay updated on MEP industry trends and integrate insights into the training programs.
- Coordinate with industry professionals to facilitate guest lectures, internships, or placements for students.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Submit periodic training reports and suggest improvements for program effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Certification in AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, or equivalent will be an advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in MEP design and drafting using tools like AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and engage a group of learners effectively.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in MEP training or working in an MEP design/drafting role.
- Prior experience in a training or teaching environment is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
