**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies (denials, rejections, underpayments)
- Work on AR aging reports to ensure timely recovery
- Resolve claim-related issues by coordinating with payers
- Document follow-up activities and update billing systems accurately
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare RCM - AR follow-up
- Strong knowledge of denial management
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with billing software and MS Office

**Immediate joiners preferred**
