We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Client Coordinator to join our team. As an Interior Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, coordinating interior design projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, designers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

2. Project Coordination: Coordinate interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed according to the client's vision and budget.

3. Design Team Support: Assist designers with project-related tasks, such as preparing design presentations, sourcing materials, and coordinating vendor meetings.

4. Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and resolve any issues that may arise.

5. Project Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that clients are informed of project progress.

6. Budgeting and Invoicing: Assist with project budgeting and invoicing, ensuring that clients are aware of all costs and expenses.

7. Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.

**Requirements**:
1. Interior Design Knowledge: Familiarity with interior design principles, practices, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).

2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, designers, and vendors.

3. Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively to ensure project completion.

5. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Interior Design Degree: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

2. Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in interior design, client coordination, or a related field.

3. Software Skills: Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.

Pay: ₹10,105.72 - ₹24,260.33 per month
