**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Supervision & Staff Management**:

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
- Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor staff performance.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.

**Quality Control & Inspection**:

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
- Address any issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, or guest complaints.
- Ensure timely room turnovers and prepare rooms for guest arrivals.

**Inventory & Supplies Management**:

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to restock housekeeping materials.
- Ensure cost-effective usage of supplies without compromising quality.

**Guest Satisfaction & Service Excellence**:

- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure special housekeeping requests (e.g., extra towels, pillow preferences) are fulfilled efficiently.
- Work closely with the front desk and maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct training on fire safety, proper handling of cleaning chemicals, and workplace hygiene.
- Maintain records of housekeeping reports, incident logs, and maintenance requests.

**Requirements**:

- **[X] years of experience** in housekeeping supervision, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of **cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and hotel housekeeping procedures**.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, delegate tasks, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management systems and MS Office.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in **Hospitality Management or Housekeeping Operations**.
- Certification in **Housekeeping or Hospitality Services**.
- Experience in **luxury hotels or resort properties**.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
