Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. As an entry-level finance executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company. You will gain exposure to various financial processes, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in finance and develop skills that will support growth within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budget analysis.

Support the accounting team with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in the company’s financial system.

Maintain financial records and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Help with the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Monitor and manage cash flow and assist in budget preparation.

Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing and organizing financial documents.

Assist in maintaining and updating financial databases and spreadsheets.

Conduct financial data analysis and prepare summary reports for management.

Perform ad-hoc finance-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial statements.

Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables and formulas).

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., ZohoBooks or similar) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach.
