**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapies, using a variety of techniques and products.
- Assess clients' physical condition and preferences to tailor treatments to their specific needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are sanitized and prepared for each client.
- Provide information to clients about available treatments, benefits, and aftercare recommendations.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, addressing clients' concerns and providing a professional and friendly experience.
- Keep accurate records of clients' treatments, preferences, and any special considerations.
- Stay informed about the latest spa trends, products, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of service.
- Adhere to all spa policies and protocols, including health and safety guidelines.
- Upsell spa products and additional services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other spa staff, such as receptionists and aestheticians, to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in spa therapies is a plus.
- Proven experience as a spa therapist, with a portfolio of satisfied clients.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and body therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to tailor treatments to individual client preferences.
- Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in a spa environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments for extended periods.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
