**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the Guidance position. As a Veterinary Guidance representative, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on pets, assisting customers by diagnosing and treating our clients’ pets. Our clinic specialises in dogs, cats and occasionally smaller animals like Hamster, Rabbit and Guinea pig.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers by checking their PET health status.
- Scrutinise the pet's health and informing the team about pets health condition
- Detecting pets deformity and timely informing to the team.
- Informing the complete pet care journey to new pet parents.
- Assisting retail customer to select diet and accessories for there pet
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing nutrition guidance.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in veterinary or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Veterinary: 1 year (required)
