This job helps to develop new products with the help of advanced die design technology and to manufacture existing dies with effective operational practice of machines.

Job Challenges:
Prepare of right quality dies to extrusion press for day-to-day Production.
'¢ Coordinate die repairing process.
'¢ Focusing on wright correction to the critical dies
'¢ To increase productivity & die life for all surface quality dies
'¢ To increase the good recovery on automotive dies.

- KRA1- Die Repairing
(To ensure availability of all the quality dies at Extrusion Press as per Production Planning requirement)- '¢ Correct and give all the dies at Extrusion Press as per Production Planning.
'¢ To monitor and repairing all dies as per the feedback from Extrusion Press.
'¢ Follow up feedback to design office to incorporate changes in the design as per repair done.- KRA2- Die Manufacturing and Procurement
(To monitor manufacturing of dies to meet regular market requirement and to ensure availability of dies as per Extrusion Planning)- '¢ Monitor and Coordinating manufacturing and procurement of dies.
'¢ Monitor availability of dies as per production plan.- KRA3- People Development
(Build and develop skills of people to enable them to contribute effectively to operation.)
'¢ Guiding the die corrections for Junior correctors as well machine operators.
'¢ Appraisal & Counseling for career growth- '¢ Guiding the die corrections for Junior correctors as well machine operators.
