Profile**:Purchase Executive**

Qualification: BE Mechanical

Experience: 5-6 years in manufacturing unit (Casting)

**Role & responsibilities**

1) Responsible for sourcing **Steel plate**, **Fabricated components**, **Sheet metal **and **press parts**, Laser cut parts, **Casting components.**

2) Sending RFQ to vendors.

3) Getting **quotations **from vendors and making comparative statement.

4) Commercial **negotiation **with vendors.

5) Conversion of Indent to Purchase Orders.

6) Follow up on Purchase Order delivery and Shipment schedules.

7) Maintain On time delivery of material to avoid Production stoppages.

8) Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with Vendors.

9) Should have knowledge of ISO procedures and maintain **ISO documents.**

10) Excellent communication skills with Suppliers and Internal customers.
