**Role Description**

As a **Production Executive**, you will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient and timely execution of production schedules. You will work closely with the production team, ensuring all processes run smoothly, meet quality standards, and stay within budget. Your role will also involve monitoring production performance, troubleshooting issues, and improving production efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve production issues quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient output.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure all processes are followed according to standards.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- Maintain quality control throughout the production process to ensure products meet the company’s standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues to prevent delays and improve efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare reports on production performance and suggest improvements for increased productivity.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Quality, Inventory, Logistics) to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
