Psychologist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for individuals facing emotional, psychological, behavioral, or academic issues.
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during emergencies.
- Maintain confidential records of interactions and follow up regularly on cases.
- Liaise with families, teachers, or caregivers as needed to support individuals holistically.
- Refer cases to clinical psychologists or psychiatrists where necessary.
- Maintain regular documentation and submit monthly reports to the reporting authority.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and case discussions.
- **Education**: Master’s in Psychology / Social Work / Counselling or related field.
- **Experience**: 3-6 years of counselling experience preferred

**Skills**:

- Active listening and empathetic communication
- Good observation and assessment skills
- Familiarity with mental health tools and techniques

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in local language(s) and English
- Sensitivity to socio-economic backgrounds and cultural contexts
- Willingness to travel if field-based work is involved

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
