**The job responsibilities**:
Meet and exceed sales targets. Achieve sales goals by assessing current or new client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers (Salary + Good incentives)

**How we help you to reach your goals?**

We provide an excellent training program for first 7 to 10 days which you can attend from home and only need to spend 1 hours a day and you don't have to come office. Once training is completed, you will be fully moulded to come office and start your work. During training program you will be able to handle the objections where you can build your communication skills as well as your selling skills. It is very important job where you play a major role for meeting familes each other and to build a good life.
- Meet monthly sales quotas.
- Understanding client requirements and preferences for a prospective partner.
- Searching and shortlisting profiles based on the client's criteria.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings between potential matches.
- Maintaining and updating a database of clients and their profiles.
- Offering counselling and support to clients throughout the matchmaking process.
- Negotiating and finalizing the terms of the match with both parties.
- Ensuring that the matchmaking process is conducted in a professional and ethical manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
