**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with our marketing goals and brand voice.
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all content projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to create cohesive and impactful content.
- Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and new ideas.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Content Creation and Optimization:

- Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and more.
- Ensure all content is engaging, informative, and optimized for SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effective.

**Quality Control**:

- Maintain high standards for content quality and consistency across all platforms.
- Implement and oversee editorial processes, including content reviews and revisions.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and legal standards.

**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports on key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a content team.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
