**Responsibility**:
The key responsibilities involve the following
- You should be able to Train the team on Embedded C.
- You should be able to assign tasks and assignments.
- You should be able to assign and execute the internal POC/projects
- You should be able to do gap analysis of the team
- You should be able to do mock interviews and prepare team for customer interviews
- You should be able to prepare/review training materials & interview questions.
- You should be able to support as interview panel for hiring.
- You should be innovative in approach.
- Good team interaction & class management.

**Required Skills**:

- Good hands-on training experience in Embedded C and executing/assigning projects with 16 bit and 32 - bit micro controllers (NXP). and STM32
- Good programming knowledge using C
- Good knowledge on Compilers/Linkers.
- Good understanding on Build process using Make files.
- Good knowledge on Flashing tools & Simulators
- Good experience on Hardware debugging with JTAG.
- Debugging knowledge using Trace-32 or any debuggers
- Should be familiar with Version control tools like GIT and SVN
- Automotive Knowledge on Engine/Transmission/Machines.

**Desired Skills**:

- Good programming using C&C++. (Includes Datastructures/Linked lists)
- executing/assigning projects with 16 bit and 32 - bit micro controllers (NXP). and STM32
- Basic knowledge on Trace-32, GIT

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:_B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc. in Electronics or Computers_

**Experience**:4 - 6 years of overall experience in the relevant technology
