**Role and Responsibilities**:As a Spoken English Trainer at Britfort Academy, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the English language proficiency of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting interactive and engaging English speaking sessions.
- Designing and delivering effective curriculum to improve spoken English skills.
- Providing personalized feedback and guidance to students.
- Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborating with the team to develop innovative teaching materials.
- Keeping abreast of language teaching trends and incorporating them into sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in teaching or training adults in spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient and passionate about teaching.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
