**Job Description**:
Billing counseling.
Collection of advance deposit from pt.
To ensure correct billing charges ( i.e. as per the SOC/System )
Cash / advance deposit collection.
Preauthorization form filing and counseling of insurance patient.
To communicate with treating doctor for surgery related cases.
Estimation of patients stay and inform to patient and consultant
To solve queries for the insurance claim pre and post discharge.
To cross check and verify final bill and discharge summary before forwarding to Insurance co./TPA.
To verify Pre and final approval letter from Insurance company.
Dispatch documents after cross verification of signature on documents.
To solve post dispatch query raised by insurance co. /TPA.
Maintain daily updation of admitted patients and discharges and their approvals.
Any other work assigned by the Management.
To get the Claim Management done in the system, on daily bass.
To prepare and submit Monthly report (MIS) of the Insurance / TPA department.
To guide the patients/relatives to the billing department and To ensure the payment towards deductions of Cashless patients is done.
To communicate and follow up with the Insurance / TPA Companies with regards to delay or non-receipt of payments. If need be, visit the offices of the Insurance/TPA Companies, for the same.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
