**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern** to support our digital marketing team. This internship is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in **search engine optimization (SEO)**, with exposure to **technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and analytics** in a real-world e-commerce or digital environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:Keyword Research & Content Optimization**
- Assist in conducting keyword research using tools like **Ubersuggest**, **SEMrush**, or **Google Keyword Planner**:

- Support optimization of meta titles, meta descriptions, and header tags for existing web pages
- Help perform content audits and identify opportunities to improve page relevance and keyword targeting

**Technical SEO Support**
- Assist in conducting basic technical audits using **Screaming Frog** or **Google Search Console**:

- Learn to check for crawl errors, indexing issues, and site speed performance
- Help with updating broken links, redirects, and internal linking structure

**Off-Page SEO & Link Building**
- Research and identify potential **backlink opportunities**:

- Assist in executing white-hat outreach campaigns (e.g., guest blogging, influencer outreach)
- Support in managing business listings and helping with local SEO efforts (e.g., Google Business Profile)

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Learn how to monitor SEO metrics using **Google Analytics** and **Search Console**:

- Help in preparing SEO performance reports using **Excel** or **Google Data Studio**:

- Track keyword rankings and assist in analyzing traffic trends

**Learning & Research**
- Stay up to date with SEO best practices and **Google algorithm updates**:

- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops
- Work closely with SEO specialists to learn the fundamentals of **e-commerce SEO** and **conversion optimization**

**Requirements**: **Educational Background**
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Marketing, Communications, Computer Science**, or a related field

**Basic Knowledge of SEO**
- Familiarity with how search engines work and key SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical)
- Understanding of keywords, meta tags, and content optimization is a plus

**Tools & Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**
- Exposure to: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Interest in learning platforms like **Shopify**, **WordPress**, or **WooCommerce**

**Soft Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
