The Marketing Field Executive will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and strategies in the field, promoting our products/services directly to customers, and enhancing brand awareness. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who is capable of working independently and achieving targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Marketing Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute field marketing activities and events.
- Distribute promotional materials and samples to potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the marketing team.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving marketing strategies.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads.
- Support sales promotions and initiatives.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and submit reports on field activities, sales, and market conditions.
- Analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Distribution**:

- Distribute pamphlets and flyers to passersby in high-traffic areas, residential neighborhoods, and business districts.
- Ensure materials are handed out in a courteous and engaging manner.
- **Poster Sticking**:

- Identify appropriate and high-visibility locations for poster placement.
- Stick posters on community boards, storefronts (with permission), and other approved areas.
- Ensure posters are securely attached and replace any that are damaged or removed.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9,350.89 - ₹30,586.38 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
