**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Interaction: Initiate outbound calls for pitching the inward/outward remittances, follow-ups and promotional offers.
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product information, transaction inquiries, and other general queries.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and identify their needs to provide appropriate solutions.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain detailed call logs and reports as per company standards.
- Accurately record customer details, interactions, and issue resolutions.
- Update customer accounts with relevant information and ensure data integrity.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Thoroughly understand the company's product line, features, pricing, and policies to accurately answer customer questions.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and service changes.

**Compliance and Quality**:

- Adhere to established call center protocols, scripts, and quality standards.
- Monitor performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and adherence to guidelines.
- Participate in regular quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

**Escalation and Collaboration**:

- Identify complex issues that require escalation to superiors.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
