Operational Management**: Oversee and manage all aspects of transportation services, including bus routes, schedules, and driver assignments, ensuring the safe and timely transport of students.
- ** Maintenance Oversight**: Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any issues promptly and minimize downtime.
- ** Issue Resolution**: Address transportation-related issues or concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring effective communication with school administration, parents, and transportation staff.
- ** Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- ** Staff Coordination**: Provide guidance, support, and training to transportation staff as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- **
Experience**: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Transport Incharge at a school or college, with a proven track record of managing transportation operations effectively.
- ** Education**: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Leadership Qualities**: Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
