Formulating **Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) **to ensure the timely completion of work & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process.
- Monitors and procures needed supplies for factory.
- Manages daily factory operations.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Analyses factory and other reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance.
- Handling daily issues and tasks.
- Accepts extra duties as situations arise.
- Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise.
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Maintain work areas and equipment.
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
- Assisting in outdoor work as and when required.
- Receive and solve complaints about the admin services or products.
- Assist when filing in forms and control documents according to agreed control procedures.
- Participate in regular meetings and report any unusual events or problems to directors.
- Ensure daily activities at the store/ factory.
- Maintain cleanliness of store/ factory all times.
- Check all products to see if they are not damaged.
- Handle financial transactions of factory purchase.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
