**Overview**:
The Admin CRM Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting customer relationship management (CRM) systems within the Research and Development (R&D) department. This role involves coordinating between various teams to ensure seamless data management, tracking R&D projects, and supporting CRM-related activities that contribute to effective R&D operations and stakeholder engagement.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**CRM System Management**:
Oversee the management and maintenance of the R&D CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
Implement CRM processes and best practices to support R&D projects, customer communications, and feedback tracking.
Coordinate with IT or CRM vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support.
**Project Tracking & Reporting**:
Manage CRM databases to track ongoing R&D projects, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare detailed project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and document interactions with R&D stakeholders, customers, and partners, ensuring all communications are recorded and accessible for future reference.
**Stakeholder Communication**:
Act as the liaison between R&D teams, customers, and external stakeholders regarding CRM-related matters.
Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between R&D goals and customer needs.
Support the R&D team in maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators through the CRM platform.
**Data Analysis and Insights**:
Utilize CRM data to generate insights on R&D performance, customer trends, and potential areas of improvement.
Work with R&D teams to analyze feedback and data to adjust project direction as needed.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to inform decision-making within the R&D department.
**Documentation and Process Management**:
Ensure accurate documentation of R&D processes, customer requirements, and project outcomes within the CRM system.
Maintain a well-organized filing system of project documentation and customer communications.
Help streamline administrative processes related to CRM use and R&D operations.
**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to the R&D team by scheduling meetings, coordinating project timelines, and organizing events.
Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external reviews.
Track and manage project budgets, expenses, and resources as they pertain to CRM management.
**Customer Feedback & Satisfaction**:
Collect customer feedback from CRM interactions, surveys, and direct communications to provide insights for the R&D team.
Ensure customer satisfaction and help manage follow-ups to address concerns or suggestions related to R&D products and services.
**Training and Support**:
Provide training to team members on CRM best practices, features, and how to use the system effectively.
Support staff with technical issues related to the CRM software and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
**Compliance & Security**:
Ensure that all CRM activities comply with company policies, data privacy regulations, and security standards.
Manage and safeguard sensitive customer and project data within the CRM system.
**Collaboration & Continuous Improvement**:
Work closely with R&D, IT, and other departments to improve CRM processes and integration with R&D workflows.
Continuously look for opportunities to optimize CRM usage and improve efficiency within the R&D department.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working with CRM platforms, preferably in a research and development environment.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with R&D workflows, project management, and customer-facing processes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
