**Designation - UK HR OPERATIONS**

**Timing:

- 12pm - 10:30 pm**
- Customer Service through Voice.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
- Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
- Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) like Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle

Time & Customer Effort
- Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
- Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up
- Identify, share and support operational improvement.

Pay: Up to ₹34,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

- 1 Year experience into International voice support is compulsory.
- Comfortable with voice process?
- You are Graduated?
- Do you have all the documents of your previous company (salary slips, offer letter, relieving letter)?
- You are comfortable with evening shift (12:00pm to 10:30pm)?

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Excellent English (preferred)
