Karma Care is a queer and kink-affirmative mental health organization that provides inclusive, trauma-informed, and pleasure-positive counseling. Our team comprises experienced psychologists who work at the intersections of mental health, identity, and advocacy.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate **Psychology and Social Media Intern** who is eager to learn from experienced queer and kink-affirmative psychologists while contributing to our digital presence. This internship offers a unique blend of psychology and content creation, ideal for psychology students or graduates who are also interested in social media, mental health advocacy, and digital community engagement.

**What You Will Learn & Do**:

- Assist in curating educational and awareness-driven content on mental health, LGBTQIA+ topics, and kink-affirmative therapy for social media platforms.
- Engage with the online community through meaningful interactions, responding to comments, and participating in discussions on mental health and advocacy.
- Research and develop content ideas aligned with psychology, identity, and intersectionality.
- Support in designing visually appealing posts (Canva knowledge is a plus).
- Learn about ethical storytelling, mental health advocacy, and community-building on digital platforms.
- Work closely with experienced psychologists to understand queer
- and kink-affirmative approaches to therapy.
