**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging offline classes for students covering the fundamentals of entrepreneurship.
- Teach topics such as entrepreneurial mindset, identifying real-world problems, idea generation, and solution-building.
- Guide students through the steps of idea validation, business model design, and basic startup strategy.
- Use interactive methods like group activities, brainstorming sessions, and case studies to keep learning practical and relatable.
- Encourage creativity, leadership, and problem-solving among students.
- Provide mentorship and feedback on student projects and startup ideas.

**Requirements**:

- **Master’s degree (mandatory)** in Entrepreneurship, Business, Management, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in teaching, mentoring, or working in the entrepreneurship/startup ecosystem.
- **Strong communication skills** and a passion for teaching young learners.
- Ability to conduct offline, in-person sessions with students in Delhi schools.
- Skilled in breaking down entrepreneurial concepts for student-level understanding.
- Creative, approachable, and enthusiastic teaching style.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
