Bristlecone is part of the $19.4 billion Mahindra Group.SKILLS SET- 4 to 6 Years of experience as an Analyst Consultant Work closely with business stakeholders, gather complete requirements loop in back to delivery team Familiarity with basic Statistical Machine Learning Concepts Ability to engage with midlevel business stakeholders to understand business requirements Communicate important information and insights to business and make recommendations to adapt existing business strategies Strong documentation skills with command over Excel, Word and Power Point Stakeholder expectation Management, Project Scope Delivery Collaborating with cross functional different teams Good to have Domain knowledge of Sales Marketing Experience in Data Visualization Knowledge Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing analytics tools, etc.
QUALIFICATION- Bachelor of Engineering, MBA, MCA etc. from good Institute Good to have Certification as a Business Analyst
SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking

- Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
