QA Trainee

Build and lead a motivated and effective QA team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies aligned with project objectives and industry best practices.

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and other test documentation.

Design and execute various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, performance, security).

Analyze test results, identify and document defects, and ensure timely resolution.

Collaborate with developers to track and manage bug fixes, ensuring successful product releases.

Implement and utilize automation tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Stay up-to-date on the latest QA trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the testing process.

Participate in product planning and design discussions, providing valuable insights from a quality perspective.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential quality risks.

Track and report key QA metrics to stakeholders.
