**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures and practical sessions on Hotel Accountancy as per the syllabus.
- Teach students the principles of accounting, financial reporting, and cost control specific to the hospitality industry.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments that are aligned with the program's objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage active student participation through case studies, problem-solving exercises, and discussions.
- Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate relevant examples and practices into the curriculum.
- Assist students in understanding the importance of financial management in hotel operations.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure an integrated learning experience.
- Mentor students in projects and assignments related to hotel financial operations.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and grades as per university guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to break down complex financial concepts into simple, relatable terms.
- Familiarity with accounting software and hotel management systems is a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- Part-time, with classes scheduled on weekdays based on the academic calendar.
- Compensation: INR 500-700 per hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 5 years (required)
