Ecommerce Listing Associate

We're looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Listing Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and managing product listings on various eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and optimization.

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Listing and Optimization**:

- Create and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon and eBay.
- Improve product titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility.

**Data Entry and Maintenance**:

- Input and update product information, pricing, and inventory levels accurately.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing.
- Provide insights for pricing adjustments and product positioning.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for consistent product information.
- Communicate with suppliers for accurate and up-to-date product details.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular reviews of listings to address errors and discrepancies.
- Proactively resolve customer inquiries related to product information.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous eCommerce or related experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central and eBay.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for product optimization.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
