**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain data management systems using Informatica MDM Entity360 IDD Active VOS and MDM Hub Console.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across various platforms and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement data integration solutions to support business operations.
- Provide technical expertise and support for data-related projects and initiatives.
- Optimize data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data management processes and systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data management.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in data management best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Informatica MDM Entity360 IDD Active VOS and MDM Hub Console.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in the Cards and Payments domain.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in data integration and data quality management.
- Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
