- Any Graduate - 2+ yrs of work experience in catalog management with ecommerce companies and vendor coordination

Skillsets

What will I Do (Major Functions) - Assist the Sourcing Manager as and when needed to reach out to Vendors and get details from new vendors Negotiate with Vendors to get best rates

For Product Addition: Be part of the process and liason between vendor and team to share specifications, images etc Liason with tech and other teams for updates of rate changes etc

At Vendor Onboarding stage - Complete Vendor Reg and coordinate with the vendors for various documents Be part of the SLA creation

For Vendor Onboarding on Panel Assist the Sourcing Manager to prepare excels for Tech team Assist in training and tracking progress of the vendors usage of the portal, Product Performance Analysis Do monthly / quarterly analysis on what products are working, not working, which are giving higher margins etc and drive actions decided based on outcomes

Brandstore Portal Quarterly Product Additions Every quarter drive the addition of new products across brandstores with the Sales team

For Vendor Evaluation Assist the Sourcing Manager to prepare data

For Catalog Updates Coordinate with vendors to add new / delist discontinued products
