**Excellent Opportunity -Technical Support - QC Electrical | Electronics Leading Dairy Instruments Manufacturing Industry for Gandhinagar & Visnagar Locations.**

**Job Role's & Responsibilities Specification: -**

Division & Department: Technical Support - QC - Electronics | Electrical -Production

**Role’s & Responsibilities: -**
- Communication with client by mail/call.
- Repairing of Analyzers with replacing of Electronics Components
- Basic Knowledge of SMT Components, Soldering, PCB, Multi-meter.
- Testing & Calibrations of Various Electronics Equipment’s & Wiring
- Provide onsite & Virtual service support to clients.
- Following daily basic complains from field.
- Responsible for Provide Technical Support through Mobile Video Call Conference,
- in person Visit marked at Client Locations, field for Provide Demo, Installation support, Service & Repairing & our machine (For any state company requirement) and meeting with our client given prefect solution and training our service engineer and client**.**:

- Final Testing of a product as per given test procedure
- Root cause analysis and report preparation
- Patrolling inspection of line activities during production.
- To maintain record of Job card, Test Report, QC, Inline QC, FGQC, PDI report etc
- Do the FPA and verify the safety of line.
- Take corrective action whenever required.
- To complete the QC within targeted time
- Quality Checking & sampling of Finish Goods
- ISO-9001-2015 Audit Documentation

**Demo/Training & Repairing Support: -**
- Given demo to new client/party/Engineers.
- Given training to all branch engineer, our client, and dealers for new vision equipment’s.
- Participate in technical discussion with technical staff & Client.
- Do Repairing of faulty Equipment for Repairing.
- Providing basic solutions to the clients by telephonic.
- Check faulty spare parts.

**Experience**:

- Service Engineer: 1 year (preferred)
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- QC - Electrical | Electronics - 1 Year

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
